Frenkel Lambert’s Subrogation and Recovery Department draws upon the six decades of litigation experience to accurately analyze and zealously pursue a wide variety of subrogation and recovery claims.  Our team recognizes the need to promptly and properly investigate claims , which includes preserving the loss sites and associated evidence and retaining the appropriate experts.  In addition, we have the experience and ability to search the appropriate data bases to locate responsible parties and their insurers so that we may timely place these parties on notice of potential claims and avoid spoliation issues.  Our subrogation department is available 24 hours a day to assist our clients and gather key evidence which would otherwise might be lost.

Frenkel Lambert also realizes the importance of timely and accurate reporting to our clients so that they are kept current as to the status of recovery matters and our assessment of potential liability.  We also have extensive experience in assessing the damages sustained from losses and the recoverability of these damages.

Our firm takes great pride in our ability to resolve cases prior to or shortly after the commencement of litigation and our ability to control the costs and expenses when litigation must be commenced.  Frenkel Lambert is also cognizant about the stress a claim can place on insureds and we make every effort to communicate with the insureds during both the investigative phase and any subsequent litigation.  Frenkel Lambert has significant experience in contract and lease analysis and insurance coverage issues pursuing recoveries and enforcing the judgments we obtain on behalf of our clients.
