Eric M. Eusanio
Eric M. Eusanio is a partner of Frenkel Lambert in the New York City Office. Mr. Eusanio’s practice is concentrated in the field of commercial litigation, with a focus on surety, fidelity, professional liability, and complex commercial matters.
Mr. Eusanio represents and advises insurance companies and financial institutions on multifaceted issues to identify and achieve their goals and favorable results. He works closely with his clients to formulate and execute the best plan and strategy to assist with conducting investigations, litigating disputed claims, and addressing onerous counter-parties and unique or unanticipated exposure. He also assists clients in defending their insureds under professional liability policies.
Mr. Eusanio also represents clients in a wide array of business matters, from compliance, insurance requirements, winding down, and through litigation of complicated disputes.
Mr. Eusanio has over twenty-years of extensive litigation and appellate experience, and is admitted to the State Bar of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
Mr. Eusanio is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Eusanio graduated from the University of Rochester, with a B.A., cum laude.
