Timothy Ziegler

Mr. Ziegler earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2009, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Seton Hall University in 2005. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2009. Prior to his association with Frenkel Lambert, Mr. Ziegler was an Associate with a mortgage default firm, concentrating in mortgage foreclosures. He was also previously law clerk to the Honorable Frank Cuiffani, Presiding Judge of General Equity in the Middlesex Vicinage of New Jersey. Mr. Ziegler is a partner and managing attorney in our mortgage default department in the New Jersey Office.
