Todd Drosky
Mr. Drosky graduated cum laude from the University of Miami (FL) in 1995 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University (magna cum laude). Mr. Drosky was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1995. Mr. Drosky is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (1995), and the United States District Court: Middle District of Florida (2013), Northern District of Florida (2013) and Southern District of Florida (1995). He is also admitted to practice in the states of Colorado (1998), District of Columbia (1998) and Illinois (House Counsel 2005). Prior to joining Frenkel Lambert, Mr. Drosky concentrated his practice in mortgage foreclosure and civil litigation, landlord/tenant and real estate transactions. Mr. Drosky is also extensively involved in his community and serves as the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida. Mr. Drosky is a Partner–Managing attorney in our mortgage default department, specializing in eviction, REO and mortgage litigation in our Florida office.
